Booking policy

PAYMENT

* All payments are due at the time of your appointment


* We accept Cash and Banking transfer payments.

TRAVEL

* Basic travel is included within 30 kilometres of the artist’s location.

An additional fee will be incurred by the client for all locations exceeding the 30 kilometre radius.

This fee will be predetermined by the artist.

*All parking/toll fees will be added to the client's bill

LIABILITY POLICIES

* Vitorino Beauty must be advised of any skin or makeup-related health/allergy/sensitivity issues in advance.


* The Vitorino Beauty team uses premium products and tools and ensures said products and tools are sanitized before and after each appointment. Vitorino Beauty is therefore not responsible if the client develops any health/allergy/sensitivity issues relating to the makeup application during or after the appointment.

LATE POLICY

* If a client is running late for their appointment, the client is expected to contact Vitorino Beauty immediately.

* If a client doesn't show up to their appointment, they are susceptible to be added to our "No Show" list and to be refused future appointments.
* Late clients may or may not be accepted depending on how much time is left in the artist’s slot and if other clients are booked for that day. Accepted late clients will be subject to late fees.

* Should a member of the Vitorino Beauty team be late for an appointment due to unforeseeable circumstances (heavy traffic, weather conditions etc.), the client will be contacted as soon as possible. The service time will be extended until completion.

CANCELATION POLICY

* Cancellations must be made 15 days prior to the appointment date or the client will be billed for the full amount of agreed upon services.

*Please advise us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
